CNN Anchor Richard Quest Praised Ngozi Okonjo Iweala

According to CNN Journalist Richard Quest, former Finance Minister Ngozi Okonjo Iweala was

CNN's reporter, Richard Austin Quest, has disclosed on Thursday, that Nigeria's former Finance Minister  who served during the immediate past administration of Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, is the best finance minister Nigeria ever had in history. 

In his own words as quoted, he said "Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala was the best Finance Minister Nigeria ever had.''
